  • Include all accessories and parts

  • Not be damaged by the customer

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Sale or discounted items (if specified)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide clear photos or videos as proof so we can resolve the issue quickly.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet (if applicable).

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
